Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage departments
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety in all operational areas
- Handle cash transactions and operate point-of-sale systems accurately
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak hours and special events
- Adapt to rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly and professionally
- Follow all hotel policies and industry compliance protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends/holidays
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Valid Texas driver's license (if required for role duties)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent required
