Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service across front desk, housekeeping, and dining operations
- Manage check-in/check-out processes and guest inquiries during assigned shifts
- Maintain clean, safe, and welcoming environments in guest rooms and common areas
- Coordinate with team members for seamless shift transitions and service continuity
- Handle billing, payment processing, and reservation management duties
- Address guest concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to management
- Adhere to all health/safety protocols and brand standards
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer proficiency for reservation systems
- Valid Texas ID or work authorization required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent
