Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across all resort departments during assigned shifts
- Handle check-in/out procedures, reservations, and guest inquiries efficiently
- Maintain pristine room standards and public areas in accordance with brand guidelines
- Support restaurant/bar operations including order taking, beverage service, and cleanup
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless shift transitions
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain accurate shift documentation
- Resolve guest issues promptly with a solution-oriented approach
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced, shift-based environments
- Basic computer literacy and POS system experience
- Physical stamina to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Valid Arizona driver's license (for shuttle/errands)
- 1+ years hospitality or customer service experience
