Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties to maintain a pristine environment for our guests.
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out processes.
- Ensure the lobby and common areas are organized and presentable at all times.
- Answer guest inquiries regarding local attractions, dining, and hotel services.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety protocols throughout the property.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure timely room turnovers.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
