As a Front Desk Agent on the night shift, you will be the first point of contact for our guests arriving late or staying overnight. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our hotel maintains its reputation for comfort, safety, and efficiency around the clock.

Responsibilities
- Guest Check-In/Out: Efficiently manage the check-in and check-out process using our property management system (PMS) with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Security Oversight: Monitor security cameras and perform regular patrols of the property to ensure the safety of guests and staff.
- Communication: Answer incoming calls and respond to email inquiries professionally, addressing guest requests and resolving issues immediately.
- Night Auditing: Complete daily night audit tasks, including posting charges, balancing the till, and preparing daily reports.
- Lobby Management: Maintain a welcoming and organized lobby area, ensuring the reception desk is tidy and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Key Control: Manage key issuance and return processes strictly following hotel security protocols.
- Emergency Response: Follow emergency procedures for fire, medical, or security incidents during the overnight hours.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, front desk operations, or night shift work is preferred but not required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Availability: Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required by the schedule.
