Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to hotel guests at check-in/check-out
- Manage room assignments and reservations efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Ensure lobby and common areas are immaculate
- Assist with event setup and guest functions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Basic computer proficiency with reservation systems
- Valid Colorado driver's license (if applicable to role)
- Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
