Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring all necessary documentation and payments are processed accurately.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly, managing reservations and answering inquiries about hotel amenities.
- Handle guest complaints and special requests with a solution-oriented approach and a smile.
- Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Assist with concierge services, providing local recommendations and arranging transportation.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms and common areas meet our high standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support hotel operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; previous hospitality experience is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Professional demeanor with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift light luggage.
