Responsibilities
- Perform daily room cleaning, sanitizing, and restocking to exceed hygiene standards
- Manage deep cleaning projects including carpets, upholstery, and high-touch surfaces
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for room repairs and maintenance requests
- Operate commercial cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Track inventory and promptly report supply shortages
- Follow safety protocols for chemical handling and waste disposal
- Assist with guest requests and special cleaning projects as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience preferred
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record (if driving required)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic English communication proficiency
