You will be the face of our hotel during the night hours, managing check-ins, handling inquiries, and maintaining the highest standards of security and cleanliness.
Responsibilities
- Execute efficient check-in and check-out procedures for all guests, including digital and traditional methods.
- Manage the hotel's switchboard and email communications with professionalism and promptness.
- Perform nightly audits, including balancing cash drawers and reconciling financial reports.
- Ensure the security of the property by monitoring surveillance cameras and securing doors and windows.
- Respond to guest requests, from room service to wake-up calls, with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain the appearance and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; hospitality experience is preferred.
- Previous experience with property management systems (PMS) is a plus.
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
