Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at check-in/check-out
- Manage reservations and room assignments
Process payments and handle cash transactions - Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly
- Maintain accurate guest records and billing information
- Uphold brand standards and cleanliness protocols
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Basic computer literacy (reservation systems)
