- Guest Assistance: Answer questions regarding local attractions, dining, and services to enhance the guest stay.
- Front Desk Support: Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and answering phones in a polite and efficient manner.
- Maintenance & Cleaning: Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of public areas and guest rooms.
- Order Fulfillment: Respond promptly to guest requests for amenities and services.
- Safety & Security: Monitor the premises to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the front desk and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- No Experience Necessary: We are looking for a positive attitude and a strong work ethic rather than prior history.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Flexibility: Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
