- Communication: Handle guest inquiries and requests efficiently, ensuring a seamless experience for every visitor.
- Problem Resolution: Address guest concerns immediately and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Area Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, reception area, and common spaces.
Qualifications
- No Experience Necessary: We welcome candidates with little to no prior hospitality experience; we provide all necessary training.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Schedule Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
