Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
- Manage reservations and respond to guest inquiries with professionalism
- Operate hotel systems including PMS and payment processing
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Maintain lobby and common areas to premium standards
- Handle billing inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Support hotel events and special functions as assigned
Qualifications
- No experience required – training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with technology
