Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations efficiently, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process for all guests.
- Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with the highest level of professionalism and empathy.
- Process guest payments accurately and handle cash handling and credit card transactions responsibly.
- Maintain the lobby and front desk area to ensure a clean, welcoming, and organized environment.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest requests and maintain room standards.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and answering general inquiries.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, or front desk operations is preferred but not required (willing to train).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with guests from diverse backgrounds.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, specifically Property Management Systems (PMS) or Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Must be detail-oriented and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
