Responsibilities
- Manage seamless check-in/check-out processes for diverse clientele
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism
- Process payments, maintain accurate reservation records, and manage room assignments
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet departments
- Operate property management systems (PMS) and booking platforms
- Upsell premium services and amenities to enhance guest satisfaction
- Execute emergency procedures and maintain security protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- 1+ years front desk or customer service experience in luxury hospitality
- Proficiency in PMS systems (e.g., Opera, Amadeus)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency highly valued
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
