Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet visitors warmly and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all guests and clients.
- Operations: Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using our property management system.
- Communication: Answer incoming calls, route messages, and handle correspondence professionally.
- Security & Safety: Monitor security systems and ensure the safety and privacy of guests and staff.
- Administrative: Process payments, maintain the lobby area, and assist with light clerical duties.
- Shift Management: Adhere to strict shift schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous front desk or customer service experience is preferred but not required for our entry-level candidates.
- Skills: Strong computer proficiency and basic math skills.
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal communication and a professional appearance.
- Availability: Must be available for shift work, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
