Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, friendly, and professional welcome to all guests arriving at the hotel.
- Front Desk Support: Assist with basic check-in and check-out procedures under supervision.
- Lobby Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, public areas, and restrooms.
- Guest Assistance: Answer phones, respond to guest inquiries, and assist with directions or local recommendations.
- Event Support: Help set up and break down for hotel events and conferences.
- Laundry Services: Assist with the sorting and delivery of guest laundry as needed.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: A genuine passion for serving others and a willingness to learn are the only requirements.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills and a polite, professional demeanor.
- Flexibility: Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain a neat and organized work environment.
- High School Diploma: High school diploma or GED preferred but not mandatory.
