Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Assist with front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and answering phones.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby, hallways, and public areas.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
- Perform light cleaning duties in guest rooms and restrooms as assigned.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure property standards are met.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
- Reliable transportation is required.
