Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Make beds, change linens, and ensure all amenities are restocked and ready for use.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners throughout the assigned area.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately to the supervisor.
- Adhere to all hotel policies, safety protocols, and brand standards.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with guests and colleagues.
- Move furniture and equipment safely as needed for cleaning tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work with cleaning chemicals safely.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic English language proficiency.
