Your Role:
As a Hotel Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and memorable. You will work in a fast-paced environment where every day brings new challenges and opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Greet & Welcome: Provide a warm, professional welcome to guests upon arrival and departure.
- Check-In/Out: Manage the registration process efficiently, including verifying identification and processing payments.
- Guest Support: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and assist guests with inquiries regarding room services, local dining, and directions.
- Front Desk Operations: Maintain a tidy and organized workspace, including the reception desk and lobby areas.
- Issue Resolution: Handle guest requests and minor complaints with patience and a focus on problem-solving.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure room readiness.
