Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a welcoming atmosphere throughout the hotel.
- Assist with front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and answering phones.
- Perform general cleaning duties, including vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing guest rooms and public areas.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to maintain facility standards.
- Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A friendly, positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
