Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately using PMS software.
- Answer inquiries regarding hotel amenities, local attractions, and services.
- Maintain a pristine lobby and common areas to uphold our high standards of excellence.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions with absolute integrity.
- Collaborate with the front desk and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Handle incoming calls and route messages promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or retail is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly and approachable attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic property management systems.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
