Responsibilities
- Guest Services: Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures efficiently.
- Housekeeping & Maintenance: Ensure guest rooms and public areas are spotless, well-stocked, and inviting.
- Shift Operations: Monitor security cameras and entry points during shifts to ensure a safe environment for all.
- Problem Resolution: Address guest inquiries and complaints promptly with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Administrative Tasks: Process payments, manage reservations, and maintain accurate logs.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with front desk, housekeeping, and management teams.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or shift work is preferred but not required.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Skills: Strong communication skills and a professional, friendly demeanor.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
