Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and aesthetics.
- Make and remake beds with precision, ensuring linens are crisp and rooms are inviting.
- Restock amenities such as toiletries, coffee, and towels to meet guest expectations.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the engineering department immediately.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with guests and fellow staff members.
- Sort and remove trash and linens efficiently throughout the shift.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and chemical handling procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
- Reliable transportation and availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
