Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness.
- Strip and make beds, replace linens, and ensure amenities are fully stocked.
- Sanitize and disinfect high-touch surfaces and restrooms using approved cleaning chemicals.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues, such as broken fixtures or missing items, and report them immediately to management.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company protocols regarding chemical usage and waste disposal.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with guests and colleagues.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping, custodial work, or hospitality is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Ability to stand, walk, and exert physical effort for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
