Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-ins/check-outs with warm, personalized service
- Handle reservation modifications, room assignments, and billing inquiries
- Resolve guest complaints with empathy and proactive solutions
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Maintain accurate guest records and financial transactions
- Uphold brand standards through meticulous attention to detail
- Support emergency protocols and crisis management procedures
Qualifications
- 1+ years hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in property management systems (e.g., Opera, Delphi)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic mathematical skills for cash handling and billing
- Multilingual abilities (Spanish/Portuguese) highly valued
- Valid New York State Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
