Responsibilities
- Greet and check-in guests in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Manage room reservations and guest inquiries efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Handle guest complaints and issues with grace and empathy, escalating when necessary.
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records.
- Cross-train in Housekeeping and Maintenance to assist during peak times.
- Ensure the front desk area is always tidy and organized.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with computers and reservation software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- A valid driver's license is a plus.
- A positive attitude and a passion for service.
