Responsibilities
- Manage seamless guest check-in/check-out processes using hotel management systems
- Handle reservation inquiries, modifications, and confirmations with accuracy
- Resolve guest complaints and requests promptly while maintaining service excellence
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial transaction records
- Collaborate with housekeeping, concierge, and maintenance teams
- Uphroom cleanliness and security standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of front desk experience in luxury hospitality
- Proficiency in Opera or similar hotel management software
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Valid California driver's license (for airport runs)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency highly valued
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree preferred
