Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, personalized check-in/check-out experiences while processing reservations efficiently
- Manage guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and empathy
- Operate PMS systems (Opera) to update bookings, handle payments, and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet teams to ensure seamless guest operations
- Upsell hotel amenities, dining packages, and local attractions to enhance guest experiences
- Resolve guest complaints promptly with a solution-oriented mindset
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in PMS systems (Opera, Fidelio) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Valid Oklahoma hospitality certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
- Basic knowledge of Oklahoma City attractions and transportation
- Positive attitude and ability to remain calm during peak periods
