- Check in/out guests efficiently while maintaining accuracy in reservation systems
- Manage room assignments and handle guest requests with professionalism
- Process payments and maintain financial transaction records

- Answer phone inquiries and provide local area recommendations
- Uphold brand standards and cleanliness protocols at the front desk
- Participate in daily shift briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
