Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm and professional welcome to all visitors, clients, and employees upon arrival.
- Phone Management: Answer incoming calls promptly, screen them appropriately, and transfer or take accurate messages.
- Reception Operations: Manage the front desk including check-ins, check-outs, and the efficient handling of mail and packages.
- Payment Processing: Process cash and credit card transactions with strict accuracy and maintain proper receipts.
- Administrative Support: Assist with data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments to ensure smooth office operations.
- Area Maintenance: Keep the reception area tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous front desk or customer service experience is preferred but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on hospitality.
- Technical: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.
- Schedule: Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Professionalism: Must maintain a professional appearance and a positive attitude under pressure.
