Responsibilities
- Room Preparation: Thoroughly clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to the highest standards of cleanliness.
- Amenity Management: Restock guest amenities, ensuring a luxurious and stocked experience for every visitor.
- Maintenance Reporting: Identify and promptly report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the engineering department.
- Laundry & Linens: Sort, wash, fold, and iron linens and guest clothing according to strict quality guidelines.
- Sanitation: Strictly adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation protocols and chemical handling procedures.
- Guest Interaction: Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor while interacting with guests and fellow staff members.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is preferred but not always required for enthusiastic candidates.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence in cleanliness.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and flexible shifts.
- Reliability: Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Background Check: Must pass a standard background check.
