Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily hotel operations, ensuring the highest standards of guest service and satisfaction.
- Manage the front-of-house and back-of-house teams, providing leadership, training, and performance feedback.
- Handle high-level guest inquiries and resolve complex issues with efficiency and grace.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and local regulations.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost occupancy rates and revenue.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management or a related supervisory role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and MS Office suite.
- A valid Food Service Manager’s or Alcohol Service certification is preferred.
