Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out processes efficiently using hotel systems
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism
- Process payments, manage reservations, and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments for seamless operations
- Provide local recommendations and assist with guest transportation needs
- Monitor security procedures and ensure guest safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to maintain high service standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- 1+ years in customer service or hotel front desk experience
- Proficiency in property management systems (e.g., Opera, OPERA)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic knowledge of hotel operations and guest services
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
