- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Handle package deliveries and coordinate mail services efficiently.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Perform basic administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing, as needed.
Qualifications

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
