Welcome to Grand Harbor Resort & Conference Center, where hospitality meets adventure. We are currently looking for a dynamic Hotel Front Desk Agent to join our Columbus, Florida team. Whether you are starting your career or looking for a fresh start in the service industry, we provide comprehensive paid training and do not require prior experience.

Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Provide a warm, professional welcome to guests and handle check-ins and check-outs with efficiency.
- Guest Assistance: Respond to inquiries regarding local attractions, dining options, and hotel amenities.
- Communication: Answer incoming calls and emails promptly, transferring messages accurately.
- Lobby Management: Maintain a welcoming and organized front desk and lobby area.
- Problem Resolution: Address guest concerns or issues immediately and escalate to management when necessary.
- Administrative Tasks: Process payments, maintain accurate guest records, and assist with light bookkeeping.
- Team Support: Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure the property runs smoothly.
Qualifications
- Experience: No prior experience required. We are looking for a teachable attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Age: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer proficiency; familiarity with property management systems is a plus but not required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Availability: Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
- Legal Status: Eligibility to work in the United States.
