Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, checking them in efficiently using hotel management software.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally to ensure high satisfaction.
- Process payments accurately and manage cash transactions and credit card verifications.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, lobby, and common spaces.
- Answer multi-line phone systems professionally and transfer calls to the appropriate department.
- Assist with room assignments, key management, and special requests to enhance the guest experience.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for occupancy.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; we are willing to train the right candidates.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse guests.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with using POS systems and hotel software.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- A friendly, positive, and customer-focused attitude.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights when assisting with luggage.
