Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and efficiently check them in and out of the hotel.
- Handle incoming phone calls and emails professionally, answering inquiries about the hotel and local area.
- Resolve guest complaints or issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Manage cash handling and verify credit card transactions accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area at all times.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest requests.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with Property Management Systems (PMS) is preferred.
- Professional appearance and a positive, customer-focused attitude.
