Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, handling check-ins and check-outs with efficiency and a smile.
- Manage room reservations and availability using hotel management software to ensure optimal occupancy.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly, addressing inquiries regarding bookings, amenities, and local directions.
- Assist guests with special requests, from wake-up calls to late check-outs, ensuring a memorable stay.
- Monitor the front desk area and lobby to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all guests and staff.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately, balancing the daily shift deposit.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the reception area and station.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; a degree in Hospitality or Business is a plus.
- No prior experience required—we provide on-the-job training for entry-level candidates.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts.
- Proficiency in basic computer operations and reservation systems (training provided).
