Responsibilities
- Greet & Welcome: Provide a warm, professional welcome to all guests and resolve initial inquiries with a smile.
- Guest Services: Handle check-ins, check-outs, and process payments accurately and efficiently.
- Room Preparation: Assist in ensuring guest rooms and public areas meet our strict cleanliness and aesthetic standards.
- Communication Hub: Act as the primary point of contact for guests via phone, email, and in-person, relaying messages promptly.
- Problem Resolution: Address guest concerns or special requests immediately, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.
- Operations Support: Support the front desk operations, including managing keys, luggage, and local area information.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We are looking for attitude over experience; full training provided for the right candidate.
- Customer Focus: Proven ability to interact positively with a diverse range of people.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
