Responsibilities
- Manage seamless guest check-in/check-out processes using hotel software systems
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with exceptional service
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for optimal operations
- Market hotel amenities and upsell services to enhance guest experience
- Maintain security protocols and confidential guest information

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency with hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
