Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through check-in/out procedures, room service delivery, and concierge support
- Maintain clean, organized guest rooms and common areas following brand standards
- Operate property management systems and POS technology efficiently
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly and escalate complex issues to management
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams during peak shifts and special events
- Adhere to safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Complete shift reports and documentation accurately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Available to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn hospitality software
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Customer service mindset with problem-solving aptitude
- Valid work authorization in the United States
- Must pass background check and drug screening
