Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Manage the hotel budget, forecasting, and financial reporting with accuracy.
- Foster a positive work environment and lead a high-performing team through training and mentorship.
- Ensure the highest standards of guest satisfaction and handle high-profile inquiries with discretion.
- Build and maintain relationships with local vendors and community stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in hotel management, preferably in luxury or resort settings.
- Proven track record of managing P&L and driving operational efficiency.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management preferred.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
