Responsibilities
- Guest Room Maintenance: Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, corridors, and public areas in accordance with our strict hygiene and safety standards.
- Amenity Preparation: Ensure all guest amenities (towels, toiletries, linens) are stocked and presentable to enhance the guest experience.
- Reporting: Identify and report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the engineering or management team immediately.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage housekeeping supplies to ensure efficient operation and cost control.
- Guest Interaction: Provide friendly and professional assistance to guests and respond to room service requests promptly.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with other staff members to ensure efficient turnover of rooms and adherence to shift schedules.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial services is preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and early mornings.
- Background Check: Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
