Responsibilities
- Ensure guest rooms are cleaned to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/out processes.
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries via email or in person.
- Assist in dining areas during breakfast or dinner service.
- Maintain a safe and organized environment for staff and guests.
- Report maintenance issues to the management team immediately.
Qualifications
- No prior hospitality or hotel experience is necessary.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift light objects.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
