Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently with our proprietary reservation system
- Manage guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Market hotel amenities and local attractions to guests
- Maintain a clean, organized lobby environment
Qualifications
- No experience required – full training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and customer service skills
