Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to strict health and safety standards.
- Make beds and replace linens with precision and care.
- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and polish surfaces to maintain a pristine appearance.
- Restock amenities (soap, shampoo, towels) and ensure rooms are fully equipped.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Ensure a welcoming and comfortable environment for every guest.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred; previous hospitality experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
- Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
