Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor upon arrival and departure.
- Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using our property management software.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with empathy and problem-solving skills.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Process payments and post charges to guest folios accurately and securely.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure the highest standards of guest satisfaction.
- Support special events, conferences, and banquet operations as required.
Qualifications
- No prior hospitality experience required; we provide on-the-job training and mentorship.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Basic proficiency with computers and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and pass a background check.
- Must be energetic, reliable, and detail-oriented with a focus on customer service.
