Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests with a smile and efficiently checking them in/out.
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails promptly.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
- Assisting guests with local recommendations and directions.
- Processing payments accurately and handling cash register duties.
- Collaborating with housekeeping to ensure room readiness.
- Assisting with special events and lobby maintenance.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; we provide on-the-job training.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights (up to 20 lbs).
- Reliable transportation to and from the hotel.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and point-of-sale (POS) software is a plus.
