Responsibilities
- Guest Check-In & Check-Out: Process registrations and payments efficiently while providing a warm welcome to all guests.
- Reservation Management: Answer phone calls and manage online inquiries to book rooms and provide information about local attractions.
- Customer Service: Handle guest requests, resolve complaints, and ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction.
- Lobby Maintenance: Monitor the lobby area to ensure cleanliness and a welcoming atmosphere for visitors and guests.
- Security: Verify identification and ensure the safety of guests and property according to hotel policy.
- Communication: Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We are looking for motivated candidates willing to learn; prior hospitality experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Education: High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) required.
- Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills and the ability to learn hotel property management systems quickly.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 20 lbs).
